Particles are caused by excessive acetoxy cross-linking agent crystallizing at low temperatures during the production of sealant. Solving this problem mainly starts from two aspects:
1. The dosage of cross-linking agent, only the excess acetoxy cross-linking agent that does not participate in the reaction will crystallize:
2. Lower the crystallization point of the cross-linking agent. This problem can be solved by using modified low crystallization point methyltriacetoxysilane or mixed acetoxy cross-linking agents.
